The first step for dispatching a crew is conducting an inspection, costing $150 for Solano County and $200 outside Solano County. Please be aware that circumstances like heavy rain, or difficulties in identifying the cause of the leak, may prevent us from performing a temporary repair immediately.
Should we be able to perform a temporary repair (a provisional solution not necessarily fixing the issue permanently but stopping the current leak), the cost starts at $495 for Solano County and $595 for outside Solano County. This price includes two man-hours. Any additional hours will be billed at $89 per man hour, plus the cost of the required materials. Please remember, this is a temporary measure and a permanent estimate will be provided as soon as we can.
In situations where emergency repairs cannot be made, the option of tarping is available. The cost for single-story homes starts at $650.00 plus the cost of the tarp, and for two-story homes, it's $750.00. Keep in mind that a travel fee may apply to properties outside Solano County. Most Homeowner's insurance policies cover emergency tarp services, so we recommend checking your coverage. Though the customer pays upfront, you can seek reimbursement later. Please note that tarping cannot be applied to flat roofs and RSI is not liable if weather conditions (wind, heavy rain, or storms) cause the tarp to come loose. Should we need to retarp, an additional charge will apply.
